Qualifications

• Previous invoicing/billing experience in a corporate/enterprise environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
• Proficient English communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices based on completed works, quotes, and variations.
• Review jobs and work orders to ensure all billable items are captured before invoicing.
• Process invoices through Simpro and resolve invoicing discrepancies.
• Support month-end invoicing and reporting with the Accounting team.
• Identify opportunities to improve invoicing accuracy and turnaround times.
