Job summary

Cloud Accountant Staffing (CAS) is seeking a detailed and self-motivated bookkeeper to manage daily bookkeeping for international clients from a fully home-based setup. Responsibilities include payables, receivables, journal entries, and month-end close, with preparation of financial statements.

The role requires strong English communication, multi-country experience, and proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Bill.com, plus Excel/Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance with 3+ years supporting clients abroad.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online; strong English communication.
• Experience with Xero, Bill.com, Excel, or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily bookkeeping including payables/receivables and journal entries.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, merchant, and loan accounts; perform month-end close.
• Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) and assist payroll, budgeting, forecasting.
