Boomering Inc. in Angeles City, Philippines is seeking an Intermediate Accountant to support day-to-day financial operations using Xero.

The role focuses on payables, receivables, reconciliations and tax compliance, with a 7:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule and a work-from-home setup. You will handle month-end close, financial reporting and process improvements while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external accountants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience in AP, AR, payment processing, bank reconciliations and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, accurate coding and documentation.
• Prepare weekly payment runs and monitor outstanding payables.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices; follow up on receivables.
• Maintain general ledger and perform reconciliations; assist month/year-end closing.
• Maintain tax records and assist with tax returns and reports.
