Job summary

Boomering Inc in Angeles City, Philippines seeks an Intermediate Accountant with 3–5 years of accounting experience to support day-to-day financial operations using Xero.

You will handle AP/AR, weekly payment processing, reconciliations, tax compliance and financial reporting, collaborate with stakeholders, and look for process improvements. This is a work-from-home role with a 7:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule and a salary range of 45,000–60,000 PHP monthly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Hands-on Xero bookkeeping, invoicing and reporting.
• Knowledge of tax compliance, including DST where relevant.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify supplier invoices with correct coding and docs.
• Prepare weekly payment runs and monitor payables.
• Prepare customer invoices and monitor receivables.
• Maintain general ledger and reconcile balances.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Assist with tax returns and statutory reports.
