Boomering is hiring a Junior Accountant for a permanent work-from-home role in the Philippines. The position requires 3–4 years of accounting experience, expert Xero skills, and strong invoice processing and bank reconciliation capabilities.

You will support month-end close and ensure accurate financial records while working UAE time shifts. Offering a competitive Php 55,000-70,000 monthly package, full-time schedule, and benefits under EOS-based culture, this role suits detail-oriented

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years' experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar finance role.
• Excellent Xero experience is essential.
• Strong experience with invoice processing and bank reconciliations.
• Experience preparing or setting up supplier payments.
• Working knowledge of journals, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working independently and managing recurring deadlines.
• Good problem-solving and process-improvement mindset.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently in Xero.
• Perform regular bank and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and set up payments for approval.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
• Support the month-end close process as required.
• Assist with balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare and post journals where required.
• Maintain supporting documentation for financial transactions and reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate recurring finance processes.
• Support improvements to existing Xero workflows and accounting procedures.
• Assist the wider finance team with ad hoc accounting and reporting requirements.
