Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is recruiting Intake Specialists for a CS Everywhere work-from-home setup with access to Cloudstaff offices. You will handle a high-volume call workload, primarily outbound, and complete data entry into our Case Management System.

Training is provided by a supervisor, with emphasis on empathy, focus, and accuracy. Shifts are available 9:00 PM–5:00 AM or 12:00 PM–8:00 PM EST; full-time, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication with empathy and a friendly phone presence.
• Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills for delicate conversations.
• Reliable, with 40 h/week full-time availability and punctuality.
• Able to work from home with high focus and productivity.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing; accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for prospective clients, explaining services and enrolling eligible clients.
• Prepare and send representation paperwork; ensure documents are signed and complete before transfer.
• Make outbound calls (about 90% of activity) and handle up to 200 daily calls as needed.
• Follow scripts and procedures to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Enter client data and call details into the Case Management System.
