Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience handling voice customer service for disability claims.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• HS graduate with basic understanding of medical terminology and insurance policies.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify disability claims documentation and medical records for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Input claim information into the claims management system with attention to detail.
• Assess completeness of claim files against policy requirements.
• Protect sensitive personal information and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide administrative support to the claims department as needed.
