Qualifications

• At least 3 years of client-facing intake or sales experience.
• Experience handling entire sales cycle.
• Able to adapt scripts and sound natural.
• Proficient with Clio and CRM systems.
• Strong English, warm phone presence.
• Detail-oriented with CRM record-keeping.
• Experience with same-call close.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and answer calls from potential new clients.
• Conduct initial client intake by gathering information and qualification.
• Perform conflict-check procedures and identify disqualifying factors.
• Schedule consultations with time-zone accuracy.
• Maintain CRM records with lead sources, matters, notes, status, tasks.
• Manage leads through intake pipeline.
• Execute pre-engagement follow-up, reminders, outreach to improve attendance.
• Follow up with no-shows and non-converted leads.
• Communicate firm services with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with attorneys while adhering to procedures.
• Refrain from giving legal advice.
