Job summary

Job Duck is seeking an Intake Assistant to be the first point of contact for clients, handling intake, data entry, and translation support. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of calls.

Position is remote, with CST business hours (Mon-Fri 10 AM–7 PM). Compensation is provided monthly, with PTO, parental leave, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Advanced/native-level proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to handle high phone activity in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual or multilingual (preferred, especially for translation support).
• Excellent data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
• Multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• Quiet, private workspace suitable for remote work.
• Own PC or laptop, headset, and a reliable high-speed internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain organized records and ensure all client information is properly documented
• Provide translation and language assistance as needed to support client communication
• Guide clients through the intake process and address general inquiries
• Conduct initial client intake, gathering required information accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and client experience
