Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a Mid-Level Sales Development Representative to drive outbound outreach for an insurance-focused agency. You will engage warm leads, qualify needs for auto and home insurance, and route opportunities to licensed sales agents while maintaining a high-volume cadence.

Work remotely in a CST-friendly schedule (9:00–17:00) with a competitive base, performance bonuses, and clear progression within the agency.

Qualifications

• Experience as an SDR or similar cold-calling role.
• Proven ability to handle high-rejection environments with resilience and professionalism.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence.
• Native or bilingual English fluency.
• Ability to work strictly within the CST timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outreach, averaging 300-400 outbound calls per day.
• Engage with warm leads to qualify their needs for Auto and Homeowner insurance.
• Facilitate 10-15 live transfers per day to licensed sales agents.
• Effectively manage lead data and follow-up tasks to ensure no opportunity is missed.
• Maintain a consistent, high-performance output during CST business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
