Job summary

RecruitGo Careers is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support a US insurance agency's daily operations. The role focuses on policy servicing, processing requests, and maintaining client and carrier communications.

This remote position targets candidates in Pampanga or nearby with graveyard hours aligned to New York time. Ideal applicants have 3+ years in US insurance, familiarity with Applied Epic, and prior BPO experience.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in US insurance policy servicing.
• Experience working at SWAK BPO.
• Must know Applied Epic.
• US insurance agency/brokerage experience is required.
• Location in Pampanga or nearby areas.
• Willing to work the graveyard shift with US hours.
• Strong internet connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Manage lossrun and policy requests with carriers.
• Process cancellations, renewals, COIs, endorsements and file claims.
• Handle renewal quotes and billing inquiries; support online payments.
• Assist reinstatement on nonpay cancellations and follow up on renewals.
• Rate carriers and provide timely updates to clients and teams.
