Outsource Access is seeking a remote Insurance CSR to support a property and casualty team. You will handle routine administrative requests, navigate multiple insurance portals, and ensure accurate workflow records without direct client interaction.

The role requires prior P&C CSR experience, familiarity with Applied Epic, strong English communication, and a reliable BYOD-enabled home office. Immediate availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• P&C CSR experience or relevant insurance background.
• 6+ months with Applied Epic or similar system.
• Clear English communication and strong attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy with ability to use multiple portals and BYOD.
• Dedicated remote work setup and immediate availability.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine administrative requests without direct client contact.

• Maintain flawless records and organized workflows.
• Provide urgent support during staff medical leave in the team.
