Qualifications

• Experience in commercial insurance or insurance agency support.
• Proficiency in Applied Epic is required.
• Familiar with COIs, submissions and quoting processes.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and processing new commercial insurance submissions for quoting.
• Review client information and insurance documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Request and follow up on quotes from carriers.
• Prepare, process, and issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
• Support commercial insurance accounts involving real estate businesses and contractors.
• Maintain accurate client information and documentation in Applied Epic.
• Follow up on pending submissions, quotes, and certificate requests.
• Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and team members.
• Provide general administrative and customer service support to the insurance team.
• Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within established deadlines.
