We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented P&C Insurance Policy Processing Specialist to support Account Executives with day-to-day policy administration and account servicing activities.
This is a non-client-facing support role focused on processing, documentation, tracking, reconciliation, and follow-through. You will work closely with policy records, carrier portals, and agency management systems to ensure transactions are completed accurately and all required documentation is properly maintained.
The ideal candidate has prior US Property & Casualty insurance experience, preferably within personal lines, high-net-worth personal lines, or an independent insurance agency. Experience with Applied Epic is strongly preferred.
This is a night-shift position supporting US-based clients. Candidates must be available and willing to work during the required US business hours as scheduled by the client.
Process policy endorsements through carrier websites and Applied Epic.
Process policy changes and other policy transactions.
Process cancellation notices and complete required follow-up activities.
Handle billing requests, follow-up documentation, and non-payment activities.
Assist with mortgagee and lienholder requests.
Prepare Certificates of Insurance and Evidence of Insurance.
Assist with policy checking and document review.
Prepare renewal documentation using PowerPoint templates for Account Executive review.
Maintain schedules of vehicles, residences, valuable articles, watercraft, and other insured assets.
Track open endorsements and policy transactions through completion.
Confirm final policy documentation is received and properly filed.
Monitor carrier portals and downloads for policy activity requiring follow-up or reconciliation.
Identify missing, inconsistent, or outdated information in client files and flag items for Account Executive review.
Manage multiple concurrent transactions, deadlines, and follow-up activities while maintaining accurate records.
Prior experience in US Property & Casualty insurance.
Experience supporting personal lines, high-net-worth personal lines, or independent insurance agencies is highly preferred.
Experience processing policy endorsements, policy changes, cancellations, billing requests, and other policy transactions.
Experience working with carrier websites/portals and processing policy-related downloads.
Applied Epic experience is strongly preferred.
Experience preparing Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and/or Evidence of Insurance.
Experience maintaining insured asset schedules such as vehicles, residences, valuable articles, and watercraft.
Strong documentation, organization, and follow-through.
Strong written English and professional communication.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies or missing information.
Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent tasks and deadlines.
Willingness to work a night shift aligned with US-based client business hours.
