DCX Client Services seeks a Home-Based Program Operations Specialist to oversee day-to-day program operations for US-based client programs from a home setting in the Philippines. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in project management, program operations, account operations, production, e-commerce operations, fulfillment, promotional products, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own project schedules, milestones, tasks, deadlines, and follow-up.
• Manage onboarding timelines for new programs.
• Escalate strategic or client-sensitive issues to department leadership when appropriate.
• Serve as primary day-to-day operational contact for third-party logistics and fulfillment partners.
• Coordinate inventory questions, discrepancies, adjustments, and escalations.
• Monitor receiving activity and resolve inbound inventory issues.
• Coordinate fulfillment, shipping, backorder, and delivery issue resolution.
• Work with Logistics and Production teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Monitor recurring fulfillment issues and identify process improvements.
• Maintain schedules for monthly, quarterly, and annual client meetings and program deliverables.
