DCX stands out as a leading BPO company delivering customer-focused support. The Home-Based Promotional Customer Service Representative / Order Management will help clients by handling the end-to-end order process, from entry to delivery, including status updates with suppliers and clients.

This role requires a strong English communicator with customer service experience, comfortable working remotely, and in US-hours timing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years in Direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to work overnight/US hours in Philippine time.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders and manage end-to-end process until delivery.
• Communicate order status changes with manufacturing suppliers, sales reps, and clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer accounts through open communication.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve order issues as needed.
• Ensure production proofs are reviewed and documented in systems.
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and order status.
