Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack .NET Developer.
• 5+ years of experience designing enterprise‑level solution architectures.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring software engineering teams.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with a .NET CMS platform (Umbraco highly preferred).
• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, and/or .NET Core.
• Experience designing and building scalable web applications.
• Strong database development, optimisation, and administration skills.
• Solid understanding of front‑end technologies and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting technical solutions.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the engineering team, promoting best practices and technical excellence.
• Design scalable, maintainable digital solutions using the Microsoft .NET ecosystem and CMS platforms (Umbraco preferred).
• Provide technical leadership throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain complex full‑stack web applications.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture planning, and solution design.
• Establish and improve engineering standards, development processes, and delivery practices.
• Review code and ensure high‑quality technical outputs across projects.
• Support technical pre‑sales by contributing to proposals, estimates, and solution presentations.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical guidance to the wider team.
