Hunt St Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks an Admin & Digital Marketing Assistant to support CRM, fundraising and admin tasks for a small Australian client base. This is a 100% remote independent contractor engagement aligned with AU business hours.

The role covers digital marketing, CRM workflows, email campaigns, website updates and governance support, with learning on the job and progression to independent execution.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience across digital marketing, CRM administration, email marketing and fundraising.
• Strong digital confidence and self-directed learning ability.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Zapier, Xero or similar tools is advantageous.
• Genuine interest in animal welfare or purpose-driven work.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain CRM records, segments, tags, workflows and supporter journeys.
• Execute approved email, newsletter and digital fundraising campaigns.
• Maintain website content and social media campaigns using templates.
• Test campaigns, forms and automations; troubleshoot and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with Business Manager and external agency on new systems and improvements.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support and donor administration.
• Support accounts payable and finance tasks using Xero and tracking.
• Develop SOPs, checklists and workflow documentation.
