You’ll collaborate directly with the founder, using Claude for drafts, while ensuring client tone and accuracy across platforms. Flexible hours and remote work from home are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in social media, content, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on short-form video editing experience (TikTok, Reels, UGC).
• Comfort directing AI tools (e.g., Claude) for drafts and strategy.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience supporting Australian clients.

Responsibilities

• Social Media (majority of the role): create, edit, and schedule short-form content for client brands.
• Content Repurposing: draft captions and blogs using AI; ensure accuracy and brand tone.
• Content Production: turn raw footage into platform-native content; use AI to enhance output.
• Google Business Profile: manage reviews and keep hours current.
• Website Support: post blog content and coordinate external developers when needed.
• Client Admin & Reporting: draft performance reports and keep work organized in Notion.
• Proactivity & Trend-spotting: propose timely content ideas and shoots.
