Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Handle warm inbound leads and support families through the sales process with clarity, empathy, and strong follow-through.
• Guide families through cremation options, helping them make a confident decision and following up as needed.
• Manage returning leads and follow-up conversations across phone, text, and email to ensure no family is left behind.
• Contribute to queue coverage and sales activities to improve the overall customer experience.
• Hit performance targets while maintaining strong conversion outcomes and quality scores.
• Move fluently across our stack - HubSpot, Aircall, GSuite, Slack, and our case management system.
