Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, ideally consumer sales over the phone.
• Strong sales instincts and phone presence: guide conversations toward a confident decision, handle objections, build trust.

Responsibilities

• Handle warm inbound leads and support families through the sales process with clarity and empathy.
• Guide families through cremation options and help them decide when possible, with thoughtful follow-up when more time is needed.
• Manage returning leads and follow-up conversations across phone, text, and email.
• Contribute to queue coverage, sales activities, and related support workflows to improve customer experience.
• Hit performance targets while maintaining strong conversion outcomes and quality scores.
• Move fluently across our stack – HubSpot, Aircall, GSuite, Slack, and our case management system.
