Job summary

Meadow Memorials seeks a mission-driven Family Case Manager to guide families through our full service lifecycle, from contract to ashes return. You’ll own a high-volume caseload (≈100+), coordinating transportation, documentation, and cremation scheduling with internal teams and external vendors.

The role requires exceptional organization, a strong client focus, and the ability to triage across multiple platforms (HubSpot, Aircall, Slack, GSuite).

Qualifications

• 2+ years owning a caseload or book of accounts end-to-end.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage 100+ cases simultaneously with meticulous record-keeping.
• Clear, calm communicator who builds trust via phone and text.
• Highly accountable and proactive: extreme ownership of cases and client experience.
• Tech-savvy and highly organized across multiple systems.
• Motivated by mission and excited to shape a new service category.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume book from contract signature to final resolution.
• Act as the dedicated point of contact; handle inbound/outbound calls and texts with empathy and professionalism.
• Guide families through each step while building trust and exceptional client experience.
• Own key milestones: transportation, documentation, cremation scheduling, ashes return, coordinating with teams.
• Keep documentation meticulous and synchronized across systems.
• Navigate across platforms to build context, triage workflows, and solve problems efficiently.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure continuity of care and coverage during peaks.
