Job summary

Meadow Memorials is expanding its global team and hiring Family Case Managers to compassionately guide families through our full service lifecycle—from contract signature to the safe return of a loved one's ashes. You will own a high-volume book of about 100 concurrent cases, serving as the primary point of contact.

You’ll coordinate transportation, documentation, cremation scheduling, and ashes return, while collaborating with internal teams and vendors to keep cases moving.

Qualifications

• 2+ years owning a caseload end-to-end
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Exceptional capacity for high volume with meticulous record-keeping
• Clear, calm communicator managing phone/text channels
• Highly accountable and proactive with ownership mindset
• Tech-savvy across multiple systems to triage priorities
• Energized by mission and ability to shape a new category of care
• Home setup that supports remote work as per tech requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume book of business from contract signature to final resolution.
• Act as the dedicated point of contact via calls and texts with empathy and professionalism.
• Guide families through each step of the process, building trust and an exceptional client experience.
• Own key milestones: transportation, documentation, cremation scheduling, ashes return.
• Keep documentation meticulous across all systems and update promptly.
• Navigate across platforms to build case context and triage daily workflows.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure continuity of care and handle escalations.
