OpsArmy is seeking an Inbound Sales Specialist to convert inbound inquiries into qualified opportunities in a remote role. You will engage prospects via phone and video, qualify their needs, explain solutions, and guide them through early sales stages while maintaining a strong follow‑up cadence.

The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years in inside sales, excellent English, and a proven ability to manage multiple opportunities with meticulous CRM records.

Formación

• 1–3+ years in inside sales or related customer-facing role.
• Experience handling a high volume of leads and sales conversations.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confident phone presence and interpersonal communication.
• Experience qualifying prospects and identifying customer needs.
• Strong follow-up habits and multi‑opportunity management.
• Experience with a CRM to track prospects and activities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and coachable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades
