Job summary

Somewhere is seeking a Sales Representative (Remote) to take ownership of inbound designer and residential sales in the Standard segment. You will respond quickly, follow up persistently, and manage the CRM to ensure accurate pipeline data.

This role requires a strong sales mindset and 5–7 years of AE experience. You will collaborate with sales leadership to improve conversion, participate in weekly pipeline reporting, and coordinate with production to align lead times.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years in an Account Executive or similar role.
• Proven track record owning a pipeline and driving multi-touch follow-up.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; highly persuasive on calls.
• CRM discipline with structured CRMs (Pipedrive, HubSpot).
• Remote operation with initiative and no hand-holding.
• Ability to master custom product lines, pricing, and quotes.

Responsibilities

• Own 100% inbound designer and residential leads; prevent pipeline leakage.
• Respond to inbound leads within 30 minutes during working hours (4 hours outside).
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text to achieve a clear yes/no.
• Maintain the CRM as the single source of truth with strict stage criteria.
• Establish monthly designer client check-ins; run reactivation campaigns for dormant contacts.
• Track and report weekly pipeline metrics, aging, accrual revenue, and close rates.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to provide market feedback and convoy improvements.
• Coordinate with Boston operations to align quotes with workshop capacity.
• Conduct warm outbound touches only after inbound pipeline is fully engaged.
