Job summary

Compliant Business Processing in Metro Manila is seeking an Implementation Process Expert/Trainer to design, deliver, and review workforce development programs. You will partner with the Implementation Team and Operations to address training needs and ensure new hires smoothly transition from trainees to full-time team members.

The role covers creating manuals and materials, coordinating schedules, measuring effectiveness, and collaborating with Marketing for training content.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and delivering corporate training programs.
• Ability to assess trainee progress and adjust content accordingly.
• Familiarity with creating manuals and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Guide new employees' onboarding and transition to full-time roles.
• Assess trainees’ understanding and adjust programs as needed.
• Develop and maintain training manuals, content, and guides.
• Coordinate training schedules and invite participants.
• Measure training effectiveness regularly.
• Collaborate with Implementation Team and Operations to identify needs.
• Lead in-house workshops and demonstrations.
• Liaise with external training providers when required.
• Experience with Cargowise in training context.
