You will assist with project coordination, audit records, gather provider data, and prepare materials for managers. Strong English, CRM/SaaS experience, and attention to detail are essential for success in this remote-friendly role with PTO and benefits.

Qualifikationen

Advanced/fluent English with full professional proficiency or higher.
Experience with CRM, project management software, SaaS; Salesforce experience a plus.
Proficient in Excel, Word, Adobe; AI tools like Gemini for task management.

Aufgaben

Assist with coordinating special projects/initiatives with Implementation team for maximum efficiency.
Conduct regular audits of Implementation data in CRM and property records in Admin platform.
Request resident information and rent rolls from property management for audits.
Gather provider data for market research and obtain missing internal documents.
Prepare documents and notices for Implementation Managers, including Amenity Agreements.
