Job summary

Inferno Partners, a Philippines-based iGaming brand, is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to grow acquisitions and refine retargeting strategies. This remote role combines hands-on campaign execution with branding awareness, collaborating with creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective promotions.

You will manage campaigns across Meta, DSP, and Native channels, build basic retargeting segments, monitor key performance metrics, and contribute to landing page and geo testing while

Qualifications

• Based in the Philippines.
• At least 2 years of experience in iGaming performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of brand identity and promotional positioning.
• Knowledge of retargeting segmentation by customer journey.
• Hands-on experience with Meta, DSP, or Native platforms.
• Proficient in Google Sheets with sharing/tracking skills.
• Ability to prepare accurate daily/weekly reports with consistent metrics and breakdowns.
• Analytical thinking with high attention to detail.
• Ability to follow established processes while contributing ideas.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, DSP, and Native channels.
• Ensure advertising materials stay aligned with brand identity and messaging.
• Collaborate with designers on briefs, hooks, and creative variations.
• Create basic retargeting segments based on user behavior.
• Manage campaigns through the in-house retargeting system.
• Monitor CTR, CPC, CVR, FTD, and CPA.
• Coordinate with Facebook ad account rental providers on setup and spending limits.
• Assist with tracking: UTMs, pixels, conversions.
• Support landing page improvements and GEO testing.
• Maintain daily/weekly performance reports in Google Sheets with consistent structure.
• Organize reporting by channel, GEO, campaign, and audience segment.
• Summarize trends, changes, and recommendations in every report.
