Job summary

Latte Recruitment seeks a Paid Ads Specialist in Makati to manage paid search campaigns and other paid traffic for an iGaming project. You will launch campaigns on Google Ads, ensure policy compliance, and keep spend within approved budgets.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience with Google Ads, English communication, and willingness to work onsite in Makati. You will report on performance and collaborate with the SEO team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on paid advertising experience with Google Ads as core skill.
• Experience forecasting and reporting on CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA.
• Knowledge of iGaming advertising compliance and platform policies.
• Strong English communication and client presentation skills.
• Onsite in Makati City for the engagement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up and manage Google Ads campaigns with policy compliance.
• Monitor spend within approved budgets and track performance weekly.
• Write ad copy in English and develop creative briefs.
• Prepare weekly performance reports and coordinate with SEO team.
• Document settings and handover materials for project wrap-up.
