SmartRecruitment.com - Smart Recruitment seeks a Performance Marketing Manager in Manila to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for iGaming offerings. You will oversee multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic ecosystems with a data-driven approach to maximize CPA targets and ROI.

Collaborate with Acquisition, CRM, Product, and BI teams to align campaigns with player journeys while ensuring PAGCOR compliance.

Qualifications

5 years of experience in performance marketing within iGaming.
Proven track record in acquisition and ROI delivery.
Strong knowledge of online gambling regulations and advertising restrictions in Asia.
Excellent analytical skills for data-driven optimization.
Expertise with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and programmatic platforms.
Understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and funnels.
Creative mindset for compelling ad messaging.

Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, affiliates, SEO, and ASO.
Manage paid social, search, display, and media buying to meet CPA, ROI, and FTD targets.
Oversee retargeting and remarketing strategies to maximize player conversion.
Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bids, targeting, and creatives.
Use A/B and multivariate testing to improve CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
Collaborate with BI for attribution and reporting accuracy.
Manage and allocate budgets efficiently across channels.
Deliver against acquisition KPIs including CPA, FTDs, active players, ROI.
Prepare forecasts, pacing, and spend vs ROI reports.
Work with Product Managers to align campaigns with player journeys.
Partner with CRM to design acquisition-to-retention strategies.
Collaborate with Content and Creative teams for assets.
Ensure campaigns comply with PAGCOR and other regulations (AML, KYC, responsible gaming).
Maintain brand integrity across digital channels and manage agency relationships.
