Pfizer is seeking a Hybrid Health Representative in the Philippines (Pampanga, Bataan, Zambales) to promote ethical products to identified specialists and help meet sales targets. The role is field-based with remote elements, requiring travel across assigned territories and coordination with the sales team.

Formación

• College graduate of a 4 or 5 year course.
• At least 2 years experience as a Pharmaceutical Health Representative.
• Valid Med Rep PRC license and a valid driver's license.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pharmaceutical Health Representative (PHR).

Responsabilidades

• Promote ethical products and create demand among identified specialists.
• Deliver science-based messages to support HCPs.
• Develop and implement CME activities such as RTDs, webinars, symposia.
• Maintain relationships with KOLs/EOLs and plan MD calls.
• Monitor sales, product movements and competitor activities.
• Prepare operational/admin reports.
• Coordinate with team members and territory counterparts.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical standards.
