Job summary

Pfizer Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Hybrid Healthcare Representative to promote ethical products and create demand among identified specialists in the assigned territories to achieve sales and market share objectives.

The role requires formulating strategies, spearheading CME activities, developing KOLs, and maintaining a Territory Master Work Plan, while monitoring sales and submitting reports. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and valid licenses are essential.

Qualifications

• College graduate of a 4 or 5 year course.
• At least 2 years experience as PHR.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Good interpersonal skills.
• With valid Med Rep PRC.
• With valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• formulate strategies to achieve sales and market share objectives
• spearhead planning and implementation of all CME activities such as RTDs, webinars, symposia, product presentations within the assigned territories
• develop and maintain target specialists, speakers and key/emerging opinion leaders (KOLs/EOLs)
• develop Territory Master Work Plan (TMWP) as source of relevant information and guideline in planning MD calls and implementation of programs
• develop territory-based programs to improve understanding on assigned products
• monitor sales, product movements and competitor activities
• prepare and submit operational/admin reports
• perform other official duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior
• adheres to company values and policies at all times
