Job summary

Pfizer Philippines is seeking a Hybrid Healthcare Representative to promote ethical products and grow demand among specialists in assigned territories. You will lead CME activities, develop KOLs, and plan MD calls to achieve sales targets.

The role requires a college degree, at least 2 years as a PHR, valid Med Rep PRC, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel across the Philippines, including North Luzon. Remote field-based deployment offered.

Qualifications

• College graduate of a 4 or 5 year course.
• 2+ years experience as PHR.
• With valid Med Rep PRC.
• With valid driver’s license.
• Willing to travel and be assigned in North Luzon (Pangasinan/Tarlac).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Promote and create demand among identified specialists for ethical products to achieve sales and market share objectives.
• Formulate strategies to achieve sales and market share objectives; spearhead planning and implementation of CME activities such as RTDs, webinars, and symposia.
• Develop and maintain target specialists, speakers and KOLs/EOLs; update Territory Master Work Plan (TMWP) for MD calls and program implementation.
• Develop territory-based programs to improve understanding of assigned products.
• Monitor sales, product movements and competitor activities; prepare and submit admin reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by immediate superior; adhere to Pfizer values and policies.
