Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Hybrid Healthcare Representative to promote ethical products to identified specialists and drive demand within the Philippines. The role involves strategic planning, CME activity execution, and managing relationships with KOLs/EOLs to achieve sales targets.

The position requires a college degree with at least 2 years of PHR experience, excellent communication, and a valid Med Rep PRC license plus a driver’s license. Travel is required; field-based assignment nationwide.

Qualifications

• College graduate of a 4 or 5 year course.
• With at least 2 years experience as PHR.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Good interpersonal skills.
• With valid Med Rep PRC.
• With valid driver's license.
• Willing to travel and be assigned in North Luzon (Pangasinan/Tarlac).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Promote and create demand among identified specialists for ethical products to achieve sales and market share objectives.
• Formulate strategies to achieve sales and market share objectives.
• Spearhead planning and implementation of CME activities such as RTDs, webinars, symposia, and product presentations within assigned territories.
• Develop and maintain target specialists, speakers and key opinion leaders (KOLs/EOLs).
• Develop Territory Master Work Plan (TMWP) to guide planning of MD calls and programs.
• Develop territory-based programs to improve product understanding.
• Monitor sales, product movements and competitor activities.
• Prepare and submit operational/admin reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by immediate superior.
• Adhere to company values and policies at all times.
