Pfizer is hiring a Hybrid Health Representative to promote products to identified specialists across the Philippines. The role focuses on delivering science-based messages, planning CME activities, and building a network of key opinion leaders.

This field-based position requires travel and territory development to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate has 2+ years as a Pharmaceutical Health Representative, a valid PRC license, and a driver’s license.

Qualifications

• College graduate of a 4 or 5 year course.
• With at least 2 years experience as PHR.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• With valid Med Rep PRC license.
• With valid driver’s license.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.

Responsabilités

• Deliver promotional science-based messages on products to support healthcare professionals in meeting patient needs.
• Formulate strategies to achieve sales and market share objectives.
• Spearhead planning and implementation of CME activities (RTDs, webinars, symposia, product presentations) within the assigned territories.
• Develop and maintain target specialists, speakers and KOLs/EOLs.
• Develop and update Territory Master Work Plan (TMWP) for MD calls planning and program implementation.
• Develop territory-based programs to improve product understanding.
• Monitor sales, product movements and competitor activities.
• Prepare and submit operational/admin reports.
• Coordinate with team members and territory counterparts.
• Conduct business in adherence to ethical standards.
