The role is a remote independent contractor engagement with flexible hours aligned to AU business needs. Strong HVAC knowledge, English communication, and ERP familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• Preferably an ex-HVAC or refrigeration tradesperson
• Good understanding of service and repair work on commercial and residential HVAC equipment
• Familiarity with multiple HVAC equipment brands and their parts systems
• Able to read a technician's fault description and translate it into an accurate scope
• Comfortable estimating labour time realistically based on repair scope
• Clear written communication and strong English skills

Responsibilities

• Review fault reports, photos, and notes from field technicians to understand repair requirements
• Identify correct replacement parts for the equipment brand and model
• Source parts and pricing from suppliers or manufacturer portals
• Estimate accurate labour time based on scope and complexity
• Prepare and issue clear quotes for commercial and residential clients
• Follow up on outstanding quotes and update status
