Job summary

Scalex Technology Solutions is seeking a highly organized Service Coordinator to support AU remote operations from the Philippines. You will manage technician schedules, coordinate with customers and suppliers, and ensure seamless service delivery from initial request to completion.

You’ll interact with field technicians, sales, finance and operations to keep jobs on track, maintain records, and contribute to improving service processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination, scheduling or customer service.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong customer management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong active listening and empathy when dealing with customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technicians and service personnel schedules.
• Monitor service requests from receipt to completion.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Process quotations, purchase orders, invoices and service reports.
• Keep customer and asset information up to date in management systems.
