Job summary

Scale-X Solutions is seeking an HVAC Service Coordinator to support our WA-based field team from the Philippines. This remote role coordinates technicians, manages schedules, and communicates with customers and suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.

You will act as a central point of contact across teams, track service requests, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination or scheduling is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians and service personnel.
• Coordinate daily work schedules and allocate resources effectively.
• Monitor service requests from receipt through to completion.
• Prioritise urgent and high-impact service issues.
• Ensure technicians have the information, parts and resources required to complete jobs.
• Act as the primary contact for customer enquiries and keep them informed.
• Maintain service records and documentation, and assist with invoices/reports.
