Job summary
Hitachi Energy Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Sales Specialist for Central and Eastern Visayas.
You will drive sales of Hitachi Energy products and services across utilities, power generation, renewables, and industrial markets, building strong customer relationships and delivering value through technically sound offers. The role requires extensive travel across the Visayas, collaboration with bid teams, and close coordination with the Market Manager to ensure contracts and proposals meet both
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within power, energy, transmission, distribution, transformer, or HV industries.
- Demonstrated experience selling or supporting high-voltage products, transformers, substation solutions, grid infrastructure, or related electrical equipment.
- Strong understanding of electrical utility, power generation, renewable energy, EPC, and industrial customer segments.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Central and Eastern Visayas and manage customers across multiple locations within the territory.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cebuano.
Responsibilities
- Sell Hitachi Energy products and services in Central and Eastern Visayas.
- Identify and develop sales opportunities, build long-term customer relationships, and manage customer needs.
- Prepare sales plans using Salesforce.com and company tools.
- Coordinate with bid/proposal team to prepare offers with technical and commercial terms.
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers and position Hitachi Energy’s value proposition.
