Job summary

The Institute for Study Abroad (IFSA) is seeking a Marketing Technology Administrator to own the daily administration of our marketing tech stack, with HubSpot at its core. You will also support our CMS, analytics, Salesforce sync, and API connections to keep systems aligned.

You will build workflows, maintain data quality, and develop attribution models to measure marketing ROI. This role reports to the AVP, Web and Digital Marketing and requires strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or substantial relevant experience.
• 2–4 years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience.
• Proven ability to build workflows, forms, lists, and dashboards.
• Strong written/spoken English (CEFR B2 or higher).
• Experience with data hygiene: deduplication, enrichment, lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating HubSpot with Salesforce or other systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer HubSpot including roles, teams, permissions, forms, and templates.
• Maintain lifecycle stage definitions and lead scoring models.
• Build and optimize workflows, lists, and CTAs across campaigns.
• Ensure GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliance and data governance across platforms.
