Job summary

PropertyTek is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to own HubSpot workflow architecture across our SaaS brands ShowMojo and Tenant Turner. This contractor role is remote and Philippines-based preferred, focusing on lifecycle marketing automation rather than execution only.

You will design multi-branch automations, build lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle email flows, while coordinating campaigns and content across HubSpot and WordPress. Strong QA and data hygiene are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated HubSpot workflow architecture experience — design multi-branch automation from a blank canvas.
• Hands-on experience building lead scoring models.
• Experience building segmentation strategies (behavioral, firmographic, lifecycle).
• Experience designing lifecycle-stage email flows (nurture through renewal).
• Experience building landing pages in HubSpot CMS or page builders.
• Hands-on HubSpot Marketing Hub experience: emails, landing pages, campaigns.
• Strong B2B email copywriting skills with shareable samples.
• Proficient QA to catch broken links and personalization issues before send.
• Maintain data hygiene in workflows: enrollment/re-enrollment, suppression rules.
• Able to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and build multi-branch HubSpot workflows from scratch.
• Architect lead scoring models for property management buyers.
• Create segmentation logic by portfolio size, market, and product line.
• Design lifecycle email flows from lead to renewal and win-back.
• Set up campaigns in HubSpot with emails, landing pages, forms, assets.
• Build and send emails, QA before sending, manage email calendar.
• Coordinate emails with Customer Success and maintain naming conventions.
• Own UTM tracking to credit clicks to campaigns.
• Publish content to WordPress and ensure system-wide cohesion.
