Job summary

ShowMojo is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to own HubSpot workflow architecture across our property management SaaS brands, including ShowMojo and Tenant Turner. This contractor role is remote and Philippines-based, focusing on lifecycle marketing, not just executing templates.

The position requires building multi-branch automations, lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle email flows, with hands-on HubSpot Marketing Hub experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated HubSpot workflow architecture experience.
• Hands-on experience building lead scoring models.
• Experience building segmentation strategies (behavioral, firmographic, lifecycle).
• Experience designing lifecycle-stage email flows (nurture through renewal).
• Experience building landing pages in HubSpot CMS or page builder tools.
• Hands-on HubSpot Marketing Hub experience: emails, landing pages, campaigns.
• 3+ years in marketing automation, ideally with 1–2 years on HubSpot.
• Strong B2B email copywriting skills with samples to share.
• Experience publishing content in WordPress.
• A sharp eye for QA: catch broken links and personalization issues.
• Comfortable reading email performance data and turning it into recommendations.
• Organized and proactive with cross-team coordination.
• Comfortable in a remote, asynchronous, US-hours-adjacent environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and build multi-branch HubSpot workflows from scratch.
• Architect lead scoring models tailored to property management buyer behavior.
• Build segmentation logic specific to the property management vertical.
• Design lifecycle-stage email flows (lead nurture to renewal).
• Set up campaigns in HubSpot and manage emails, landing pages, forms, assets.
• Build and send emails, QA before sending, maintain email calendar.
• Coordinate email sends with Customer Success and keep HubSpot organized.
• Own UTM tracking for campaigns and emails.
