Job summary

Staff Domain Inc is seeking a HubSpot Specialist to manage CRM implementation projects, conduct audits, and deliver solutions that improve business processes and customer success. You will prepare Statements of Work, lead project discussions, coordinate activities, and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in HubSpot implementation, CRM administration, or related role.
• Strong hands‑on HubSpot experience: configuration, automation, optimization.
• Proven ability to manage multiple CRM projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive audits of HubSpot accounts to identify improvements.
• Prepare detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) with scope, deliverables, timelines.
• Lead project meetings with stakeholders; gather requirements and track progress.
• Implement HubSpot CRM solutions: configuration, automation, workflows.
• Coordinate tasks across team members and ensure quality standards.
• Configure pipelines, reporting dashboards, forms, emails, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot CRM issues and propose process improvements.
• Maintain project documentation and client communications.
