Job summary

KMC Solutions is seeking an experienced HubSpot Specialist to own administration, optimization, and development of our HubSpot platform. You will work across sales, marketing automation, and data analytics to translate business requirements into practical HubSpot solutions that improve workflows, reporting, and patient enquiry management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on HubSpot experience as a specialist or CRM administrator.
• Experience configuring HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub, including workflows, sequences, properties, pipelines, and automation.
• Experience building marketing automation campaigns and lead nurturing workflows.
• Strong HubSpot reporting and dashboards skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Experience integrating HubSpot with third‑party tools (phone systems, logging tools, SaaS).
• HubSpot certifications are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day HubSpot configuration, governance, and maintenance across hubs and integrations.
• Manage user access, permissions, properties, pipelines, deal stages, and platform standards.
• Monitor data quality, resolve issues, and enforce CRM hygiene across contacts and deals.
• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows for lead nurturing and MQL follow‑ups.
• Create and manage email campaigns, lists, templates, A/B tests, and performance analyses.
• Provide training and develop documentation for HubSpot processes and user guides.
