Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Intermediate CRM & Systems Administrator (2–3 years experience) to maintain and optimize our business platforms. You will manage day-to-day operations in HubSpot or Salesforce, support data transfers, build automated workflows, and keep our customer database accurate and clean.

This role bridges business operations and cloud systems—helping turn team requirements into automated pipelines, clean data flows, and clear reporting dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS/Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years hands-on CRM operations experience (HubSpot or Salesforce).
• Active HubSpot Certification or Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HubSpot or Salesforce operations and user requests.
• Assist with data migration, mapping, and cleansing from legacy CRMs.
• Build and optimize automated workflows and lead routing rules.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports for KPIs and SLAs.
• Ensure data hygiene: remove duplicates, fix formatting, and maintain field consistency.
