Job summary

Symbos seeks a HubSpot Onboarding Specialist to support new clients in implementing and adopting HubSpot. You will lead onboarding projects, configure portals, train clients, and drive adoption to maximize value from HubSpot investments.

The role emphasizes CRM configuration, data migrations, and cross-functional collaboration with a focus on client success and growth opportunities. Permanent remote setup with day/ mid shifts depending on client requirements.

Qualifications

Experience with HubSpot onboarding, implementation or customer success.
Understanding of sales, marketing and customer service processes.
Ability to configure workflows, pipelines, forms and dashboards in HubSpot.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding and implementation projects for new HubSpot clients.
Configure HubSpot portals, including CRM setup, pipelines, workflows, forms, email templates, and dashboards.
Conduct onboarding sessions, trainings and product demos for clients.
Understand client processes and recommend HubSpot best practices.
Support data migration and system setup requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery.
Monitor onboarding progress and milestones.
Provide consultative support to improve CRM adoption and efficiency.
Build strong client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
