PSG Global Solutions Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented CRM Systems Administrator (HubSpot Company Data) to strengthen data accuracy across HubSpot.

This role combines company research, data verification, and strategic record organization to empower sales, marketing, and account management teams to make informed decisions and achieve better results. You will create and update HubSpot company records, conduct research from corporate sites, registries, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other sources, resolve

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in CRM administration or related field.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM records, properties, and duplicate management.
• Excel or Google Sheets proficiency for data cleanup and analysis.
• Experience researching and verifying company information from public sources.
• Understanding international address formats and time zones.
• Familiarity with CRM workflows, import/export tools, and data privacy basics.
• Awareness of GDPR/CCPA.

Responsibilities

• Create and update HubSpot company records per data standards.
• Research companies via corporate sites, registries, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other sources.
• Verify addresses, HQ, branches, and parent-subsidiary relationships.
• Identify and resolve duplicates or outdated records.
• Standardize names, addresses, country codes, and location hierarchies.
• Handle urgent requests from sales, marketing, and ops teams.
• Conduct regular data audits and document discrepancies.
• Maintain documentation on data entry standards and CRM properties.
• Collaborate with HubSpot admins on properties, workflows, and data imports/exports.
• Execute bulk updates with validation to prevent errors.
• Ensure company and contact data privacy compliance.
