PSG Global Solutions, INC in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented CRM Systems Administrator (HubSpot Lead Management) to ensure Lead records are accurate and well-organized across internal referrals, industry research, and Field Sales submissions.

You will champion data completeness, precise attribution, efficient lead routing, and dependable reporting to optimize workflows and collaboration across teams. Remote work is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CRM administration or related experience.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HubSpot Lead records, properties, lifecycle stages, statuses, and duplicates.

Responsibilities

• Create and update HubSpot Lead records for referrals and research submissions with accurate attribution and contact data.
• Review Field Sales Lead submissions for completeness and correct classification.
• Apply data standards for properties, lifecycle stages, statuses and source tracking.
• Monitor Lead progression and update status transitions for accurate pipelines.
• Identify and resolve duplicate Leads and incorrect Lead-to-Contact/Lead-to-Company links.
• Build lists, views, and reports for referral tracking and data quality.
• Configure Lead-related workflows, assignment rules, and notifications with HubSpot admins.
• Respond to requests from referral, research, and sales teams based on priority.
• Audit data quality trends and propose improvements.
• Execute bulk imports/updates with validation to prevent data loss.
