Job summary

PuzzleHR is seeking a Human Resource Solutions Specialist to support HR operations and HRIS configurations in a fully remote capacity. The role partners with clients and internal teams to ensure compliant, optimized HR programs and system configurations.

You will own HR processes, system administration, and project-based work while contributing to client-facing initiatives. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in HRIS or HR operations, experience with Paylocity/ADP/Paycor, and strong analytical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and/or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of HRIS or HR operations experience.
• Hands-on Paylocity, ADP, Paycor exposure.
• SHRM-CP credential preferred.
• Payroll and benefits experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support HR processes: handbook creation, job descriptions, and compliance tasks.
• Configure and maintain HRIS platforms, perform audits and data checks.
• Engage with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver HR solutions.
• Identify processes improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
