Job summary

Ethos Support Co. is seeking a Recruiting Specialist for a remote role in the Philippines.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, operational, and client-specific roles, ensuring timely, candidate-centered processes from sourcing through onboarding handoff. The ideal candidate demonstrates resourcefulness, organization, and sound judgment, with strong English communication and a proven ability to move quickly without compromising standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in full cycle recruiting.
• Experience supporting BPO/contact center or high-volume hiring is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication with professional candidate follow-through.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruitment for assigned roles including intake, posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and preboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Write accurate job postings reflecting work, schedule, location, qualifications, and experience.
• Source qualified candidates via job boards, networks, referrals, social platforms, and direct outreach.
